Sales Advisor

About the role

Join a friendly, family‑run business that has been supplying bathroom products for over 30 years. As a Sales Advisor you will support the Administration Team, handling sales enquiries and processing orders in an office‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls with a confident, professional telephone manner.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to build relationships and generate sales.
• Process daily orders received via phone and email, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate product information, pricing and promotions clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in the database.
• Resolve customer enquiries, concerns and complaints to achieve high satisfaction and retention.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone presence.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Motivation to succeed and develop a sales career.

Required skills

• Acumati (CRM) familiarity.
