About the role
Join Samsonite as a part‑time Sales Advisor, working 6 hours per week in the Samsonite Store at Clarks Village. You will be the front‑line representative of a globally recognised travel‑goods brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer travel needs, recommend suitable Samsonite products, and provide accurate product information, warranties and after‑sales services.
- Maintain accurate pricing, premium product presentation, and follow stock‑control procedures to minimise loss.
- Adhere to Samsonite operational policies, including cash handling, health & safety, and store cleanliness.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional displays to meet global brand standards.
Required profile
- Previous retail experience, preferably in premium or travel‑goods environments.
- Ability to work under pressure, stand, bend and lift up to 15 kg, and use ladders.
- Sales‑oriented mindset with a passion for travel and brand sensibility.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
