Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) South Midlands Region – Competitive salary + attractive benefits. Due to an exciting period of growth with new sites opening, we are recruiting Development Sales Managers to join the South Midlands region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control the development sales function from pre‑start to post‑completion.
• Meet prospective customers and act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey.
• Manage customer requirements and expectations throughout the house buying process.
• Ensure the development’s presentation reflects a strong sales message and high standards.

Required profile

• Proven high‑performance experience in a sales role.
• Presentable, customer‑facing professional with a track record of exceptional service.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and experience analysing/reporting issues affecting developments.
• Ability to quickly assess situations and propose solutions delivering maximum results.
