Sales Analyst

About the role

Are you an analytical and customer‑focused professional seeking a new challenge? EAC Consulting Group is hiring a Sales Analyst to support key customer accounts through data analysis, order management and service delivery. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth supply‑chain operations and uncover commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Manage end‑to‑end customer order process, ensuring accurate fulfillment and on‑time delivery.
• Maintain accurate account information and produce regular reports for commercial decision‑making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor supply‑chain performance and communicate issues affecting deliveries.
• Support the sales team by analysing product trends and providing commercial insights.
• Ensure high‑quality account administration and data integrity.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve customer queries and supply‑chain issues proactively and professionally.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Key Account, Customer Operations or Commercial Analyst role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and produce meaningful reports.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer‑focused approach with outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent administration abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
