Sales Assistant – Evenings & Weekends

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for enthusiastic Sales Assistants to work evenings and weekends in its Castleford store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect fit and express their personal style.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Operate tills, manage fitting rooms and handle stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves.
• Strong communication, positive attitude and team‑first mindset.
• Energy, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines.
