Sales Assistant – Retail (Tile Specialist)

About the role

Join Topps Tiles as a Sales Assistant, helping customers bring their home‑improvement visions to life. Working in a supportive, small team, you’ll use a consultative approach to guide shoppers through product choices and inspire design ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with trade and retail customers through a consultative sales approach.
• Ask insightful questions to understand needs and recommend the best tile solutions.
• Use creativity to suggest colour, style, layout and design concepts.
• Drive sales by leveraging expert product knowledge and closing opportunities.

Required profile

• Outgoing, friendly and energetic personality.
• Willingness to lift and move heavy boxes.
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including occasional weekends.
• No prior retail or tile experience required – full training provided.
