Sales Assistant – Smiggle Store

About the role

Join the Smiggle team at Selfridges Birmingham as a Sales Assistant. You will help maximise store performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences and enjoy a fun, fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong communication with the team and work collaboratively.
• Cover rostered shifts, including weekends, and support other stores when needed.
• Drive sales by maximising every opportunity and meeting brand KPIs and individual targets.
• Provide genuine, unique experiences for each customer.
• Maintain product knowledge and clearly communicate features and benefits.
• Process deliveries efficiently and keep appropriate stock levels on the floor.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
