Sales Assistant – Stirling

About the role

As a Sales Assistant at Dreams in Stirling you will help customers find the perfect bed and create a welcoming store environment. You will use the Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge to turn casual browsers into satisfied sleepers.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, listen to their needs and understand their sleep requirements.
• Use Sleepmatch technology and product expertise to recommend the right mattress.
• Provide friendly, expert advice throughout each visit and build trust.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, keeping it fresh, tidy and inviting.

Required profile

• Warm, positive and naturally great with people.
• Confident listener and communicator who puts customers first.
• Motivated to learn, grow and achieve sales targets.
• Supportive team player who contributes to a fun, inclusive workplace.
• Flexible to work 20 hours per week across any shift in a 7‑day trading week.
