Sales Assistant – Temporary Pop‑up at Bicester Village

About the role

Join Diptyque as a Sales Assistant for a temporary pop‑up store at Bicester Village. You will work on‑site, delivering the brand’s luxury fragrance experience to customers while meeting key sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales KPIs such as sales value, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), conversion rate and CRM targets.
• Approach and assist every customer, providing product knowledge, trend updates and promotion details.
• Maintain a clean, tidy counter and ensure accurate recording of sales and customer interactions.
• Follow cash‑handling guidelines and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
• Assist the Store Manager with additional duties and support boutique reporting when required.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Diptyque locations for training and operational needs.

Required profile

• Passion for fragrance, beauty or luxury retail with previous experience in the sector.
• Proven sales record and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Self‑motivated, focused and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability for full‑time shifts, including Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
