Sales Associate – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Thom Browne boutique within Selfridges. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and driving sales in a high‑end fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, seasonal and annual sales targets.
• Provide best‑in‑class customer service, building strong client relationships and maintaining a well‑organized client network.
• Maintain deep product knowledge, brand awareness and stay current on core, seasonal and e‑commerce collections.
• Support daily shop presentation, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed according to the Brand Presentation Guide.
• Identify selling opportunities, relay customer feedback and process shipments or transfers promptly.
• Manage back‑stock, keep the floor filled, and maintain an orderly stockroom.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail or a luxury customer‑service environment.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Proven ability to source prospective clients and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and confident demeanor.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable working autonomously.
