Sales & Client Relationship Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Client Relationship Executive to join a specialist business that has been a leader in aviation and military fine art for over 25 years. You will build and nurture relationships with collectors, represent the company at high‑profile events, and oversee the complete customer journey from enquiry to worldwide delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and existing collector relationships both in‑person and via phone.
• Represent the business at prestigious airshows, military events and country shows.
• Generate new business using a consultative sales approach.
• Manage customer orders from initial sale through to final delivery.
• Coordinate worldwide shipping and logistics for high‑value artwork.
• Provide regular updates to customers and ensure an exceptional after‑sales experience.
• Build relationships with VIP clients, artists, military organisations and the RAF.
• Support gallery events and collaborate with colleagues to deliver first‑class service.

Required profile

• Background in the RAF, military, or a strong interest in aviation and artwork.
• Experience in retail management, store management, account management, showroom or gallery management, or sales management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel to exhibitions across the UK using company vehicles.
