Sales Consultant

About the role

Join the Doncaster showroom team at Porcelanosa, a global leader in tile, kitchen and bath design. You will actively engage with visitors, understand their needs and propose the right product solutions to help them realise their design aspirations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly as they enter the showroom.
• Recommend suitable product ranges based on dimensions, budget and specifications.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations within agreed timeframes.
• Process payments, including cash and card transactions, and issue receipts.
• Answer telephone enquiries and resolve client queries.
• Follow the established sales process from initial contact to final sale.

Required profile

• Excellent people skills and a professional appearance.
• Clear, positive communication with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Relevant face‑to‑face sales experience in a similar retail environment, or the ability to quickly develop these traits.

Required skills

• Good verbal, written and numerical literacy.
