About the role

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand design ideas and provide expert advice.
• Prepare accurate, detailed quotations for kitchen and bathroom projects.
• Process payments, including cash, card and finance options.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow‑up calls professionally.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
