Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Assistant, Sales Operations acts as a vital bridge between sales teams and customers, providing essential administrative support to keep sales processes running smoothly. You will work closely with Account Managers across multiple regions, handling orders, inquiries, and CRM data to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, contracts, invoicing, and access issues via email and phone.
• Process new and renewal orders for digital products such as e‑journals, books, databases, and reference works.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations; assist with license agreements using Contract‑Lifecycle‑Management systems.
• Create and process sales invoices, track payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and generate standard or ad‑hoc reports for business decisions.
• Support market research, prospecting activities, and administrative tasks for sales meetings and events.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales administration or customer service.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment and manage competing priorities.
