Sales Coordinator

About the role

Our client, a well‑established and rapidly growing organisation in Moreton‑in‑Marsh, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product or service information.
• Support the wider sales team in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and an excellent customer experience.
• Record customer interactions and sales activity accurately in internal systems.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services and market offering.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident when speaking with customers and building professional relationships.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, motivated attitude with a genuine interest in a sales career.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ambition to grow within a business offering long‑term career development.
