Sales Coordinator (Veterinary Equipment)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Veterinary Equipment division. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, preparing quotations and orders, and ensuring a smooth buying experience. The role works closely with a Veterinary Equipment Consultant to grow the business in a defined region.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders based on customer requirements.
• Review and confirm incoming orders for accuracy and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the regional Veterinary Equipment Consultant to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Qualify enquiries and involve the Consultant when needed to maximise territory opportunities.
• Serve as the central point of contact for intra‑company communications, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• Experience in a veterinary or clinical setting, or a strong interest in the animal health industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
• Proactive attitude and commercial awareness.

• Competitive salary of £40,000 per year plus OTE.
• Full‑time permanent contract, 40 hours per week (Monday‑Friday, 8:30‑17:00).
