Join a global leader in the vaping industry and drive market growth across the United Kingdom. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the face of our brand, working directly within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) retail sector to expand our footprint and ensure product excellence.
Missions principales
- Drive direct sales and brand promotion within convenience stores and tobacco retail outlets across the UK.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with store owners and key decision-makers.
- Ensure optimal product availability, shelf placement, and impactful merchandising at the point of sale.
- Execute promotional actions, roadshows, and in-store campaigns to stimulate consumer adoption.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to provide actionable feedback to headquarters.
- Negotiate prime shelf space and visibility to maximize brand presence.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in direct sales within the FMCG sector (experience in e-cigarette or tobacco categories is highly preferred).
- Strong track record of account development and relationship management.
- Highly autonomous professional with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to influence retail partners.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively across the territory.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
