Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing technology business in Altrincham. You will work with warm leads from our CRM, re‑engage existing contacts and set up product demonstrations for senior Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Contact warm and existing business contacts from the internal CRM.
• Re‑engage previous customers and dormant opportunities.
• Introduce the company’s technology platform and generate interest.
• Qualify opportunities before booking demonstrations for the senior sales team.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your own pipeline.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to maximise conversion rates.

Required profile

• Around 12 months+ experience in B2B sales, SDR, appointment setting or business development.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with decision‑makers.
• Resilient, positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Based in the Altrincham area and willing to work hybrid.
• A desire to learn and progress within a growing technology business.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £30,000‑£32,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission with OTE around £40,000.
• Hybrid working (Monday & Friday from home).
• Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑5:30 pm schedule.
