About the role

Deliveroo’s Small‑Medium Business (SMB) team in Manchester is looking for a French‑speaking Sales Development Team Leader to manage a group of SDRs. In this 12‑month fixed‑term role you will drive new restaurant sign‑ups, ensure a smooth onboarding experience and help the team meet ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives to acquire new restaurant partners.
  • Monitor and optimise the sales pipeline using Salesforce and High Velocity Sales.
  • Identify development needs, deliver targeted coaching and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to share market insights and maximise opportunities.
  • Execute outreach campaigns following defined contact strategies and report on results.
  • Produce regular sales reports with analysis and action plans.
  • Participate in weekly stakeholder meetings and act as an inspirational role model.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a contact‑centre environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong ability to guide partners through negotiation and onboarding.
  • Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

  • Salesforce (including High Velocity Sales).
