Sales Engineer / Commercial Management Intern

About the role

Bosch is looking for an undergraduate student to join its Denham office as a 12-month Sales Engineer / Commercial Management Intern starting in June 2027. The internship is open to students eligible for a work placement as part of their university course, and the placement must be directly relevant to the course to meet visa requirements. You must have the right to live and work in the UK for the full duration of the placement.

Key responsibilities

• Daily review of incoming customer orders and transfer them into the internal ordering system (eSAMOS/SAP)
• Manage individual trackers and coordinate order management with internal and external stakeholders so that milestones such as orders raised, manufacture, delivery and receipt of parts are met within agreed lead times
• Work regularly with customers: coordinate feedback through the Sample Shop, review weekly customer trackers and resolve delivery issues between customer and internal stakeholders
• Act as the interface between the Sales Engineer, customer and Sample Shop, confirm pricing and design levels on new orders, and escalate topics to the Sales Engineer
• Support sales activities and presentational work, liaise with colleagues to resolve overpaid invoices, and attend 1-2-1 meetings with the line manager

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in a STEM subject or Business Studies
• Analytical, analytical, completer/finisher attitude and self-motivated
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Well organised
• A driving licence is desirable
