Sales Executive – BMW Dealership

About the role

Sytner Group is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its BMW dealership in Cow Roast. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the car‑buying journey and ensuring a first‑class experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in and pre‑booked customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present BMW vehicles, explain features, and arrange test drives.
• Manage the sales process, from initial enquiry through to contract signing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in the dealership management system.
• Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to maximise customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably within an automotive environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (beneficial).
