Sales Executive – Customer Service & Order Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to deliver first‑class customer service, manage incoming orders and respond to client enquiries in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, understand client needs and handle enquiries/orders.
• Process orders accurately, offer alternatives and upsell where appropriate.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Work to set KPIs and achieve or exceed targets for orders and calls.
• Manage the incoming sales inbox of orders.
• Keep customers updated on delivery dates, changes, back‑orders and offer alternatives.
• Maintain product knowledge to give technical advice to customers.
• Process daily balances using the in‑house system.
• Follow through urgent orders and assist with delivery queries to completion.
• Possess a thorough understanding of all systems and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar sales or customer‑service role (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
• Ability to work to targets and manage multiple enquiries efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
