Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join a thriving retail business in the specialist lifestyle sector. You will work with premium products, guide customers through a consultative sales process, and help grow the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enquiries from new and existing customers.
• Build rapport, understand requirements and present suitable products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Follow up leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Organise your diary, plan appointments and meet individual and team targets.
• Deliver a professional, knowledgeable customer experience from enquiry to completion.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to handle multiple opportunities.
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Full UK driving licence.
