Sales Executive / Lead Generator

About the role

Our client, a well‑established service provider, is expanding its internal sales team. As a Sales Executive / Lead Generator you will work from the Chandler's Ford office, focusing on proactive B2B outreach to create new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate leads for the sales team.
• Navigate gatekeepers and connect with key decision‑makers.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from initial contact to lead nurturing.
• Track call outcomes, schedule follow‑ups and maintain strong relationships.
• Enter and update accurate data in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Goal‑oriented and able to demonstrate a strong track record of sales success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, especially in data entry and record keeping.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for managing leads and pipelines.
