About the Role
Join Westside Distribution, a premier distributor of high-end musical instruments and accessories, as a Sales Executive based in Glasgow. This dynamic role offers a unique blend of proactive sales development, administrative excellence, and hands-on field engagement within the music industry.
Main Missions
- Sales & Prospecting: Manage incoming inquiries and conduct proactive telemarketing campaigns to expand our retailer network.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular visits and dedicated support.
- Field Operations: Visit retailers to optimize merchandising, provide product training to staff, and ensure brand excellence on the shop floor.
- Event Representation: Act as a brand ambassador during industry trade shows and key musical events.
- Sales Administration: Oversee the full sales cycle, including order processing, administrative follow-ups, and sales data management.
Candidate Profile
- A passionate music enthusiast with a deep understanding of high-end instruments.
- Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
- A proactive professional with a self-starter mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to monitor sales performance and market trends.
- Must hold a valid driving license for regular travel to partner locations.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
