About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting Polish‑speaking decision makers.
• Build and maintain a personal pipeline of leads through phone, email and networking.
• Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings.
• Collaborate with senior sales colleagues to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Strong motivation to achieve financial targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑organised, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Fluent Polish and English communication.
