About the role

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full sales journey, from welcome to hand‑over of the vehicle.
• Prospect new customers via telephone, attend product launches and events, and maintain an enquiry database.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through manufacturer‑led training.
• Recommend suitable add‑on products and services that match customer needs.
• Use the customer enquiry management system to track and follow‑up leads efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds loyalty and generates referrals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑service role with a proven ability to meet targets.
