Sales Executive – Remote (US Market)

About the role
We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive who loves the art of selling. The role is desk‑based, focused on phone, email and messaging outreach to warm leads and long‑term collector relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through order processing, invoicing and shipping.
- Follow up warm leads, nurture relationships with collectors and buyers, and convert them into sales.
- Collaborate closely with the wider sales team and customer‑care team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Work flexible hours to overlap with US time zones, often starting late morning or noon and finishing in the evening.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of sales or business‑development experience.
- Genuine desire to build a long‑term career in sales.
- Confident, concise and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to build rapport remotely with diverse people.
- Organised, focused and comfortable working at pace.
- Resilient, self‑motivated and collaborative mindset.
