Sales Executive – Remote (US Market)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive who loves the art of selling. The role is desk‑based, focused on phone, email and messaging outreach to warm leads and long‑term collector relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through order processing, invoicing and shipping.
  • Follow up warm leads, nurture relationships with collectors and buyers, and convert them into sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider sales team and customer‑care team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Work flexible hours to overlap with US time zones, often starting late morning or noon and finishing in the evening.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of sales or business‑development experience.
  • Genuine desire to build a long‑term career in sales.
  • Confident, concise and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to build rapport remotely with diverse people.
  • Organised, focused and comfortable working at pace.
  • Resilient, self‑motivated and collaborative mindset.
