Sales Executive – Telesales & Technical Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join a growing chemical manufacturing business in the Winsford area. You will drive telesales activities, introduce our product range to prospects, and coordinate on‑site visits for the field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact key accounts, new prospects and existing customers by phone to discuss operational needs.
• Schedule and organise site visits for field engineers to ensure correct product usage.
• Maintain accurate call notes and client information in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, providing ongoing product support.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet outreach targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Interest in a commercial role within a chemical/industrial environment.
• Recent graduate or candidate from a STEM background, or experience in customer‑facing roles such as telesales, telemarketing or retail.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls.
• Permanent right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong ICT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Excellent record‑keeping and attention to detail.
