Sales Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to join the team at Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa in Nantwich. You will be responsible for driving corporate and leisure sales for this award‑winning 4‑star country house hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business across hotel events, private dining, leisure experiences, corporate meetings and conferences.
• Develop and execute the hotel’s sales and marketing plan in collaboration with the Director of Sales.
• Manage the property’s social media channels to raise local awareness and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with local destination partners, B2B and B2C customers.
• Track sales performance against targets and report results to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star luxury hotel or comparable environment.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet set targets.
• Methodical, highly organised with a systematic approach to work.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Professional, friendly and team‑oriented attitude.
