Sales Manager – Northern UK (Midlands to North)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Northern sales operation, covering the Midlands to the North of England. Based in Leeds with regular travel to the Normanton office, you will drive growth for a leading workplace solutions provider that supplies PPE, workwear, facilities and consumables.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of 8‑9 Business Development Managers across the region.
• Set and achieve revenue targets, driving commercial growth and market share.
• Monitor performance metrics, coach the team and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and expand the client base.
• Travel regularly to client sites and the Normanton office to support field activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales management, preferably in consumables, waste management, PPE or workwear.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to motivate high‑performing teams.
• Ambitious, results‑focused mindset with a hands‑on leadership style.
