Sales Manager – Premium Property

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to lead the growth of a premium property business serving North and West Yorkshire. The role will start in Harrogate for six months before moving to Leeds City Centre, managing the full customer journey for high‑end office solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with businesses across the local market.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive prospecting.
• Conduct consultative client viewings and convert enquiries into long‑term members.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and manage the sales pipeline using a CRM.
• Oversee renewals, upsell additional services and maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent the company at networking events and local business functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury residential/commercial property, premium retail or a similar high‑end sales environment.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales and business development.
• Strong relationship‑building and a polished, professional approach.
• Ability to sell quality and service rather than competing on price.
• Excellent organisational and follow‑up capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
