Store Assistant - Harrogate

About the role

A Toolstation in Harrogate is looking for a Store Assistant on a permanent part-time basis, working 10 hours per week at £12.87 per hour. Candidates should live locally and be able to commute easily, as the store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM. No retail experience is needed, as training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and help customers find what they need for their projects
• Sell the benefits of the Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and sign customers up
• Be proactive and maintain high store standards

Required profile

• Local resident who can commute to the store
• Reliable, flexible and able to work early mornings and late evenings
• Warm, friendly personality and a positive attitude
• No retail experience required
