Sales & Marketing Assistant – Immediate Start

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Brighton‑based client’s growing team. The position is entry level, fully trained on the job and offers immediate start for candidates with the right to work in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Represent recognised brands at face‑to‑face promotional events, retail pop‑ups and other marketing campaigns across Brighton.
• Engage with the public, deliver exceptional customer experiences and collect feedback.
• Support the sales team in achieving daily and weekly targets.
• Assist with event set‑up, breakdown and logistical coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability (4‑5 days a week, Monday‑Saturday).
• Right to work in the UK without restrictions.
• Well‑presented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented, motivated and eager to develop a career in sales and marketing.
