Sales & Marketing Manager – Gaming & Entertainment Venue

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth for a fast‑growing gaming and entertainment venue in London. You will own the full marketing and sales funnel, turning digital interest into footfall and repeat visits.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Develop influencer collaborations and local partnership programmes to expand reach.
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager to maximise engagement and community growth.
• Design and execute event‑driven marketing campaigns for tournaments, themed nights and special promotions.
• Identify low‑traffic periods and create tactics to boost attendance and venue utilisation.
• Build and maintain relationships with press, media outlets and brand partners to raise venue profile.
• Drive group bookings, corporate events and tournament packages, managing the sales pipeline from prospect to closure.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales or media, preferably within hospitality, nightlife or events.
• Proven track record of running paid advertising campaigns and analysing performance data.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on revenue generation rather than just reach.
• Deep knowledge of London’s nightlife culture and audience behaviour.
• Comfortable managing budgets, strategy and end‑to‑end execution.
