Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join a growing business within the building services sector. Reporting to the Managing Directors, you will lead an established sales team, develop commercial strategy and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy.
• Drive revenue, gross margin and overall business growth.
• Manage sales forecasting, KPIs and CRM (HubSpot).
• Oversee pricing strategy and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximise lead generation and ROI.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and key industry contacts.
• Attend customer meetings, trade exhibitions and industry events.
• Support the wider management team in achieving business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Background in construction, industrial or building services.
• Strong commercial awareness and forecasting experience.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Marketing experience with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
