Sales Promoter – Sony TV/AV Retail

About the role

Join Sony’s retail team as a Sales Promoter, representing the brand in stores across Brentford. You will engage customers, showcase Sony’s latest TV and audio technology, and help them find the perfect home‑entertainment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage shoppers, understand their needs and recommend suitable Sony products.
• Deliver live product demonstrations of OLED, Mini LED, Atmos soundbars and BRAVIA Theatre U.
• Convert interest into sales, meeting or exceeding daily sell‑out targets.
• Maintain high visual standards for Sony displays and ensure products are well presented.
• Build relationships with store staff, provide training support and increase demonstration rates.
• Stay updated on Sony technology, competitor offerings and attend regular training sessions.
• Provide feedback on sales performance, customer insights and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
