Sales & Renewals Executive

About the role

Hometree Group, which owns YourRepair, is hiring a Sales & Renewals Executive in Stoke-on-Trent, reporting to the Director of Customer Operations. The role manages inbound sales enquiries and plan renewals in a fast-paced contact centre, with targets for new sales and renewals. It is a permanent position, Monday to Friday in the office, paid 26.5k basic plus up to 50% bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to new inbound sales enquiries, giving potential customers relevant information and guidance.
• Assist existing customers with plan renewals, answering questions and explaining new features or benefits.
• Meet or exceed set targets for new sales and renewals.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty.
• Show commercial awareness of the company's products, services and market positioning.
• Use internal CRM systems and sales tools to log interactions, update customer records and track progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team and managers to share insights and improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Confident self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an articulate telephone manner and good grammar and spelling.
• Used to fast-paced, high call volume work and able to thrive under pressure.
• Quick learner who adapts to changing initiatives and products.
• Problem solver with a curiosity-driven, continuous-improvement mindset.
• Comfortable working with multiple customer-facing online systems.
