Sales Stylist – Levi’s at John Lewis Leeds (32‑hour week)

About the role

As a Levi’s Sales Stylist within John Lewis Leeds you will deliver a best‑in‑class consumer experience, combining product expertise with personal styling advice. You act as a brand ambassador, helping customers feel confident and inspiring them with Levi’s storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised, one‑to‑one styling sessions for every customer.
• Build genuine connections and maintain an inclusive shopping environment.
• Use consultative selling techniques to recommend fits, outfits and add‑on products.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, driving basket size through cross‑selling.
• Support commercial initiatives, promotions and peak trading periods.
• Maintain product availability, stock levels and visual merchandising to Levi’s standards.
• Assist with daily operations such as fitting rooms and stock handling.
• Collaborate with both Levi’s and John Lewis teams to foster a high‑energy environment.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion, styling and helping customers express themselves.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, positive and team‑first mindset.
• Confidence engaging customers and driving sales conversations.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is beneficial but not essential.
