About the role

Join LS&Co., a global leader in denim, as a Sales Stylist working 8‑hour part‑time shifts at our Clarks Village store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect fit and express their personal style.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn and develop.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
