Sales Support Coordinator

About the role

Join a world‑leading business dedicated to healthier communities as a Sales Support Coordinator. You will act as the bridge between engineers, subcontractors and customers, ensuring inspection, maintenance and refurbishment projects run smoothly from quote to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations for maintenance, repair and refurbishment works following engineer inspections.
• Liaise with subcontractors to obtain pricing and support customer quotations.
• Manage customer enquiries, providing regular updates and high‑level service throughout each project.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, meeting agreed deadlines.
• Resolve customer queries, invoice discrepancies and project‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate data across internal systems and ensure high data quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, finance teams and internal departments for seamless project delivery.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of the Inside Sales function.
• Produce reports and support administrative activities to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an internal sales, sales support or project coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with meticulous attention to detail.
