Sales Support & Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

This fast‑paced position blends customer service excellence with proactive sales support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, preparing quotations and ensuring a smooth journey from inquiry to order.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, web and digital channels.
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations within agreed timescales.
• Process orders and maintain records in company systems and CRM platforms.
• Follow up quotations and enquiries to maximise conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the customer journey.
• Support proactive outreach campaigns, re‑engaging dormant customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Liaise with operations, estimating, scheduling and sales teams to deliver customer requirements.
• Arrange meetings and support commercial discussions with prospective customers.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline, customer and activity records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service and sales processes.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, sales support, internal sales, telesales, account coordination or business development.
• Confident communicator across phone, email and online channels.
• Excellent organisational ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑focused mindset.
