Sales Support Executive – Automotive Leasing

About the role

We are looking for an organised, customer‑focused Sales Support Executive to join our busy leasing team in Stockport. You will act as the main point of contact for new sales enquiries, ensuring a smooth journey from order to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process new sales enquiries received via electronic procurement systems.
• Communicate with customers by telephone and email, providing timely updates and excellent service.
• Use manufacturer and factory systems to track vehicle orders and monitor their status.
• Support the sales process from order entry through to vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high‑level data accuracy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet departmental goals and KPI targets.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a busy environment.
• Confidence using multiple systems and a willingness to learn new technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer service, sales support or administration experience in the automotive sector.
• Proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude and readiness to support the wider team.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £27,000 – £32,000 per year.
• Annual bonus of up to £5,000.
