Salesperson – On-site role in Birmingham

About the role

SA Promotions Limited is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join its Birmingham team. You will work directly with prospective and existing customers, presenting the company’s promotional products and services, and supporting their purchasing decisions in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and follow up on inbound inquiries.
• Manage a sales pipeline and strive to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues on promotional campaigns and attend in‑person meetings or events.
• Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Proven sales or retail experience in a target‑driven environment, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Clear verbal and written communication, confident in face‑to‑face presentations.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to keep organized, accurate records.
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time in Birmingham and adapt to changing business needs.
• Previous experience in promotions, marketing or a related commercial sector is a plus.
• Relevant education or training in sales, business or a related field is advantageous.
