SAP S2P Solution Architect

About the role

An experienced SAP S2P Solution Architect is sought to lead end-to-end solution design and architecture across Source to Pay (S2P). The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure and compliant solutions that integrate SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and VIM (OpenText/SAP VIM), supporting both transformation programmes and business-as-usual operations. The position is based in London, UK, on a hybrid basis, for a contract of 6+ months inside IR35.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end S2P solution architecture across sourcing, contract management, procurement, invoice processing, payments and reporting.
• Design and govern integrations across SAP and procurement platforms, ensuring accurate financial postings, invoice processing and data flows.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable and Tax teams to deliver compliant, controlled and efficient solutions.
• Act as design authority, overseeing solution governance, system integration and delivery through build, testing and go-live.

Required profile

• Proven years' experience in SAP S2P, procurement or finance solutions.
• Proven experience designing complex integrations across SAP and SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes, financial controls, invoice management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and solution governance skills.
