Scheme Supervisor

About the role

Join Agincare as a Scheme Supervisor and lead the day‑to‑day support for tenants in an Extra Care Scheme. You will ensure each resident receives a personalised support plan and help foster a strong community spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenant support, creating and reviewing individual support plans.
• Record and review incidents regularly with the Registered Manager.
• Promote community spirit among tenants and staff.
• Organise effective rotas and ensure team members are trained for their duties.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Experience in the care sector, preferably home care or extra care.
• Good knowledge of CQC key lines of enquiry and other regulatory frameworks.
• QCF Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Prior experience leading and engaging a team of care assistants.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CQC key lines of enquiry.
• Understanding of care sector regulatory frameworks.
• Qualification: QCF Level 3+ in Health & Social Care.
