Seasonal Sales Assistant (Festive)

About the role

SEVENSTORE, a Footasylum retail brand, is hiring a seasonal sales assistant for its Sevenstore store. The role is a part-time festive temp covering 6 weeks, 8 hours per week, from Sunday 22 November 2026 to Saturday 2 January 2027, with rotating shifts Monday to Sunday. The pay is £8.00 to £12.71 per hour plus a 30% staff discount.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude and make them feel like VIPs.
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice, helping customers choose the right items and piecing together sets, gifts and accessories.
• Work with colleagues to meet store targets and deliver excellent service as a team.
• Keep the store clean, organised and visually appealing.
• Take part in product training, stay up to date with trends and handle transactions smoothly.
• Resolve customer questions and issues so customers feel genuinely cared for.

Required profile

• Outgoing, friendly, organised and approachable, able to start conversations with customers.
• No previous experience needed; the company looks for a positive, can-do attitude.
• Right to work in the UK; applicants under 18 cannot work past 10pm.
