Seasonal Sales Assistant (Plymouth)

About the role

Footasylum is hiring a Seasonal Sales Assistant for its Plymouth store for a 6-week festive temp contract, starting Sunday 22 November 2026 and ending Saturday 2 January 2027. The role suits people who love trainers, streetwear and youth culture, enjoy connecting with customers and bringing personality to the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Style complete fits, helping customers discover footwear, clothing and accessories
• Support festive shopping with product recommendations and expert advice
• Learn the brands, trends and stories behind the products
• Support key trading events such as Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day
• Contribute to store targets and build customer confidence
• Keep the store tidy, stock organised and welcoming

Required profile

• Confident, customer-focused and able to handle the busiest season of the year
• Right to work in the UK; under 18s cannot work past 10pm due to working regulations

• Pay of £8.00 to £12.71 per hour plus a 30% staff discount
