Security Supervisor

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London, is looking for a Security Supervisor to join its security team. The role supports the Head of Security with day-to-day management of security operations and shift supervision, keeping the service discreet and professional while protecting guests, residents, colleagues and company property.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Security with day-to-day management of security operations and supervise shifts.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, residents, colleagues and company property.
• Manage security administration, including incident reporting, witness statements, investigations, accident reporting and compliance records through the GuardTek system.
• Run security drills, emergency response procedures and fire safety activities, and ensure compliance with health, safety and security legislation.
• Help with team coordination, performance reviews, rota management and the development of security colleagues when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and residents, including supporting valet parking operations.
