About the role

Join an award‑winning mortgage brokerage as a Self‑Employed Mortgage Advisor, working a hybrid schedule of three days in the branch and two days from home. You will build your own client portfolio while benefiting from warm leads and full back‑office support.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
• Provide expert, tailored advice across a wide range of mortgage and protection products.
• Guide clients through the entire home‑buying journey, from application to completion.
• Stay up‑to‑date with lender criteria, market changes, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a mortgage or protection adviser.
• Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised and able to manage your own workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
